Learning Magnet (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2024 by Barbara van Staden. Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in the learning and development industry, specifically in the research and development of learning materials and workforce development solutions. This, along with her passion for teaching and her calling on transferring her skills to other businesses, has been her greatest motivation in establishing Learning Magnet (Pty) Ltd.

On-demand eLearning enables organisations to deliver training anytime, anywhere, giving employees the flexibility to learn at their own pace. Guided by an e-Facilitator, this approach empowers learners while ensuring a hassle-free experience. Upon successful course completion, certificates are automatically generated and available for download.
